Travel and Hospitality
Booking, guest and operations systems for hotels, travel firms and restaurants. Travel and hospitality sell perishable inventory: a room night, a seat or a table that is worth nothing once the date passes. Revenue depends on rates and availability staying right across OTAs, the direct website and the front desk, and on guests getting quick answers. Software fits where the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and back office are not talking to each other.
- Independent and boutique hotels
- Hotel groups and resorts
- Tour operators and destination management companies
- Corporate travel and MICE agencies
- Restaurants and cloud kitchens
- Homestays and holiday rentals

The pressure points
What slows travel and hospitality teams down
- Rates and availability drift
- A room sold on one OTA is still open on another for an hour, or a rate change on the website never reaches the channel manager. Overbookings follow.
- Enquiries arrive everywhere
- WhatsApp, email, Instagram, phone and OTA messages each land with a different person. Quotes go out late or not at all.
- Too much paid to OTAs
- Commission eats into margin because the direct booking path is slow, has no offers and does not remember returning guests.
- Back office catches up by hand
- Folios, GST invoices, Form C for foreign guests, supplier payments and commission reconciliation are done in Excel after checkout.

Travel and Hospitality: common questions
Do we need to replace our PMS?
Usually not. Most of the gain comes from connecting the PMS, channel manager and booking engine properly and adding guest messaging and reporting around them.
Can the booking agent take payments?
It sends a payment link from your gateway and confirms the booking when payment lands. It never handles card details itself.
What about restaurants?
Our ServeOS platform covers restaurant ordering, billing and kitchen flow. For hotels we connect it or your existing POS to the guest folio.
