BI and dashboards business intelligence and management dashboards
Most management reports in growing companies are built by hand in Excel every Monday. We connect the source systems, clean and model the data once, and build dashboards that answer the questions your leadership asks. The hard part is agreeing what a number means; we spend time on that first.

Modules
Modules we build into your BI and dashboards
Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.
- Data connectors
- Pipelines from Tally, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, ad platforms and spreadsheets, scheduled and monitored.
- Data warehouse
- A tidy warehouse in PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Snowflake or BigQuery with full history kept.
- Metric definitions
- Agreed definitions for revenue, margin, stock days and similar, written down and used everywhere.
- Management dashboards
- Board, sales, finance and operations views in Power BI, Metabase or a custom web app.
- Drill down and filters
- From a company number to a branch, product or customer in a few clicks, with the underlying records.
- Alerts and scheduled reports
- Email or WhatsApp digests each morning, and alerts when a number crosses a limit.
- Access control
- Row level security so a regional manager sees their region and nothing else.

Variance commentary
Writes a short explanation of why a number moved, pointing to the products or regions that drove it.

Build, buy or both
Power BI, Metabase and Zoho Analytics are all capable tools, and we use them for charts. If your data sits in one clean system, a few weeks of dashboard work in one of them is enough. The work that pays off is the plumbing and the definitions: getting Tally, ERP and online sales into one model that everyone trusts. A custom web dashboard makes sense when you want to share numbers with customers or partners, or embed them in your own product.

Can you pull data from Tally?
Yes. We use Tally's XML or ODBC interfaces, or a connector, to bring vouchers and masters into the warehouse on a schedule.
Our data is messy. Should we fix it first?
We find the problems while building and show them to you. Some we fix in the pipeline; others need a change in how data is entered.
Power BI or Metabase?
Power BI suits teams already on Microsoft 365. Metabase is open source and cheaper at scale. We recommend after seeing your users.
