Technologies

Cloud and infrastructure

We set up and run systems on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, using Indian regions when your data needs to stay in the country. Everything is defined in Terraform and packaged in Docker, so environments can be rebuilt the same way every time. For simpler sites we use Vercel, Cloudflare or DigitalOcean to keep monthly bills low.

AWS

Most of our production workloads, including Bedrock for AI models.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft centred organisations and Azure AI Foundry deployments.

Google Cloud

Data and AI work on BigQuery and Vertex AI.

DigitalOcean

Simple, predictable hosting for smaller apps.

Edge and hosting

Vercel

Next.js sites and front ends with preview links for every change.

Cloudflare

DNS, CDN, firewall rules and protection against bot traffic.

Containers and infrastructure as code

Docker

Packaging every service so it runs the same everywhere.

Kubernetes

Running many services with scaling and rolling updates.

Terraform

Defining cloud resources in code that can be reviewed.

Helm

Versioned Kubernetes deployments for each environment.

Linux

Server setup, hardening and on premise installations.

What we build with it

Typical work in this stack

New cloud setups
Accounts, networks, access roles, backups and budgets set up properly from day one.
Migrations
Moving apps from a single server or another provider to the cloud in planned steps, with a rollback plan.
Cost reviews
Finding idle servers, oversized databases and missing reservations, then fixing them.
Private and on premise
Installing systems in your data centre or private cloud when policy requires it.
Disaster recovery
Tested backups and a written restore procedure, rehearsed before it is needed.

How we choose

We usually follow your existing cloud account and your IT team's comfort. With no constraint, AWS is our default because of its Indian regions, services and the number of people who know it. Kubernetes is powerful but has a running cost in attention, so for a handful of services we often use managed container services or plain virtual machines instead. We tag every resource and set budget alerts from the start, because cloud bills tend to grow quietly.

Questions

Good to know

Other parts of the stack

Can our data stay in India?

Yes. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud all have Indian regions, and we configure storage, backups and logs to stay there.

Who owns the cloud account?

You do. We work inside your account with named access that you can review or remove at any time.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. For a few services, managed containers are cheaper to run. We move to Kubernetes when the number of services justifies it.
