Technologies

Business systems we connect

New software rarely lives alone. It has to read customers from Salesforce or Zoho, post invoices to Tally or SAP, take payments through Razorpay and send updates on WhatsApp. We build and maintain these connections, with logs and retries so someone sees a failed sync the same day.

What we build with it

Typical work in this stack

ERP and accounts sync
Orders, invoices, receipts and stock moving between your apps and SAP, Odoo or Tally without retyping.
CRM connections
Leads from website, WhatsApp and marketplaces landing in your CRM with source and owner set.
Payment flows
Razorpay or Stripe checkout, payment links and automatic reconciliation against invoices.
WhatsApp flows
Order confirmations, delivery updates, payment reminders and service bookings on approved templates.
Workflow automation
n8n or Zapier flows for the small handoffs between teams, moved into code when volumes grow.

How we choose

We use each system's official API wherever one exists, because screen scraping and direct database writes break on the next upgrade. For quick wins at low volume, n8n or Zapier is often enough and your team can change it themselves. When a sync carries money, stock or customer records, we write it as a proper service with logging, retries and a daily reconciliation report. We will also tell you when Odoo, Zoho or a Shopify app already does what you need, so you are not paying for a custom build that a subscription would cover.

Questions

Good to know

Other parts of the stack

Can you integrate with our Tally setup?

Yes. We sync masters, vouchers and ledgers with Tally, and agree which system is the source of truth for each record.

What happens if a sync fails?

It is logged and retried, and anything still failing shows up on a report or alert so a person can resolve it.

Should we replace our ERP?

Usually not as a first step. Connecting it to better front end tools often solves the daily pain at much lower cost and risk.
