CRM customer relationship management
A CRM records every enquiry, call, quote and follow-up so a lead does not go cold because one salesperson was on leave. In India much of that conversation happens on WhatsApp and phone, so the CRM has to capture those as well as email.

Modules
Modules we build into your CRM
Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.
- Lead capture
- Leads from the website, IndiaMART, JustDial, Facebook ads, WhatsApp and walk-ins land in one queue with the source recorded.
- Pipeline and follow-ups
- Stages that match your sales process, follow-up reminders, and a daily list for each salesperson of who to call today.
- Quotes and proposals
- Quotes from a product list with GST worked out, approval for discounts above a limit, and a PDF sent from WhatsApp or email.
- Accounts and contacts
- Company and contact records with full history: calls, visits, quotes, orders and complaints on one timeline.
- Field visits
- Mobile check-in with location for visiting sales staff, visit notes by voice, and a beat plan for distributors or dealers.
- Service tickets
- Complaints and service requests tied to the customer and product, with SLA timers and escalation.
- Sales reports
- Conversion by source, salesperson and region, lost-deal reasons, and forecast against target.

Call and chat summaries
Recorded calls and WhatsApp threads are summarised into notes and next steps on the customer record.
Drafted follow-ups

Churn warnings
Flags regular buyers whose order gap is longer than usual so someone calls before they move to a competitor.

Build, buy or both
For a sales team under about 20 people with a standard funnel, Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce Essentials will be cheaper and faster than anything we build, and we will help you set one up properly instead. Custom makes sense when your sales cycle is unusual (dealer networks, site visits, long project sales, loan or admission funnels), when WhatsApp is the main channel, or when per-seat pricing for a large field team becomes a real monthly cost. Hybrid is common too: keep Salesforce or Zoho as the record and build a light mobile app or WhatsApp layer on top that field staff will actually use.

Can it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Using the WhatsApp Business Platform, messages to your business number appear on the customer record and salespeople can reply from the CRM, with templates approved by Meta for outbound messages.
We already pay for Zoho. Should we move?
Usually not. If Zoho does 80 percent of what you need, we would rather build the missing piece and connect it than replace a tool your team already knows.
Will salespeople use it?
Only if it saves them time. We keep data entry to a minimum, let them log visits by voice, and make the daily call list the first screen they see.
