Property management property and real estate management
Property software covers two different jobs. Developers need inventory, bookings, payment schedules and RERA records while a project is being sold and built; landlords, facility managers and housing societies need leases, rent, maintenance requests and common-area accounts once people move in. We build either, or both connected.

Modules

Build, buy or both
For a single society or a small rental portfolio, MyGate, NoBrokerHood, ADDA or a simple accounting tool is enough. Larger developers often look at Salesforce-based real estate CRMs or Farvision; these work but are expensive and slow to change. Custom pays off for developers with several projects who want bookings, demand letters, collections and construction progress in one place with their own payment plans, and for facility managers running many sites with their own service levels. Hybrid is sensible when accounts must stay in Tally or SAP.

Questions
Property management: common questions
Does it help with RERA?
It keeps the records you need for quarterly project updates, such as units booked, money received and construction stage, and can produce them in the format your state RERA portal asks for. Filing stays with your team.
Can buyers see their own account?
Yes. A buyer portal or WhatsApp flow shows the payment schedule, receipts, demand letters and construction photos.
We manage rental properties. Is this relevant?
Yes. The lease, rent and maintenance modules work on their own for landlords, co-living operators and facility managers.
