Supply chain and WMS supply chain and warehouse management
A warehouse management system knows which bin every carton sits in, tells pickers the shortest route, and confirms each dispatch with a scan. It sits between your ERP, which knows what was ordered, and your transporters, who move it.

Modules
Modules we build into your Supply chain and WMS
Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.
- Inbound and receiving
- ASN or PO-based receiving, barcode or QR labels, quality hold, and putaway suggestions by bin capacity.
- Bin and location stock
- Stock by bin, batch, expiry and serial, with FEFO or FIFO rules and cycle counts that do not stop the warehouse.
- Picking and packing
- Wave, batch or zone picking on handheld scanners or phones, pack station checks and carton labels.
- Dispatch
- Load planning, e-way bill generation, LR numbers from the transporter and proof of dispatch photos.
- Returns
- Customer and marketplace returns graded on arrival, restocked, sent for repair or written off.
- Multi-warehouse transfers
- Stock transfer orders between warehouses or to stores, with in-transit stock visible.
- Supply planning
- Replenishment between central and regional warehouses based on sales and lead time.

Build, buy or both
If you run one warehouse with a few hundred SKUs, the inventory module of Odoo, Zoho Inventory or your ERP is usually enough. Mid-size operations can look at Unicommerce, Increff or a 3PL's own system before building. Custom earns its cost when your rules are specific: pharma batch and expiry control, multi-client 3PL billing, kitting, cross-docking or a mix of B2B pallets and B2C parcels from the same floor. We often build the scanning and floor app and keep the ERP as the stock ledger.

Do we need special scanners?
Not necessarily. Android phones with a camera work for lower volumes. For heavy picking, rugged Android scanners from Zebra or Honeywell are worth the money, and the app runs on both.
Can it generate e-way bills?
Yes, through the e-way bill API using a GST Suvidha Provider or direct access, filled from the dispatch record.
What if the internet drops?
The floor app keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns, so picking does not stop.
