Asset maintenance enterprise asset management and cmms

Most plants know their maintenance is reactive but cannot see where the hours go. A CMMS gives every asset a history, every job a work order and every spare a location. We build it around how your technicians work, often on a phone in a noisy plant.

Modules

Modules we build into your Asset maintenance

Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.

Asset register
Asset hierarchy from site to equipment to component, with QR tags, specifications, manuals and warranty details.
Preventive maintenance
Schedules by calendar, run hours or meter readings, with checklists that technicians tick off on the app.
Breakdown work orders
Anyone can raise a fault with a photo. Supervisors assign, technicians record cause, action and parts used.
Spares and stores
Critical spares, minimum levels, bin locations and issue against work orders, linked to purchase requests.
Statutory inspections
Due dates for boilers, pressure vessels, lifts, cranes and fire systems, with certificates stored against the asset.
Permits and safety
Permit to work, lockout and tagout steps linked to jobs that need isolation.
Contractor jobs
AMC contracts, vendor visits and service reports, with costs booked to the asset.

AI built in

Where AI saves time in this system

  • Failure pattern spotting

Finds assets with repeat breakdowns and common causes from work order history.

  • Condition alerts

Reads vibration, temperature or current readings where sensors exist and raises a work order when trends look wrong.

  • Voice job notes

Technicians speak in Hindi, Gujarati or English and the system writes the job record for them.

  • Manual search

Answers how-to questions from your equipment manuals and past fixes, with the source shown.

Build, buy or both

Plenty of good CMMS products exist, and for a single site with standard equipment one of them, or the Odoo maintenance app, is often the right answer. Custom or hybrid pays off when maintenance is tied to things a product does not know about: your permit to work rules, sensor data from SCADA, statutory registers under the Factories Act and state rules, or multi-site spares pooling. Where a product fits, we recommend it.

Questions

Asset maintenance: common questions

Do we need sensors to start?

No. Most clients start with registers, schedules and work orders. Sensors come later on the assets where downtime hurts most.

Will technicians use it?

They will if it saves them effort. We keep the app to a few taps, allow voice notes and photos, and test it on the floor before rollout.

Can we load our existing Excel registers?

Yes. We clean and import them, and flag gaps such as missing serial numbers or locations for your team to fill.
