Fleet and TMS fleet management and transport management system

A TMS decides which load goes on which truck and what it should cost. Fleet management keeps those trucks legal, fuelled and on the road. We build both as one system, so a trip moves from indent to proof of delivery to freight bill without anyone retyping it.

Modules

Modules we build into your Fleet and TMS

Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.

Indents and load planning
Customer orders become indents. Planners group them by lane, weight and volume, and pick own fleet or a market vehicle.
Trip sheet and dispatch
Trip sheets with driver advance, diesel slip, route and expected arrival, issued from the desk or a phone.
Live tracking
GPS and AIS-140 device feeds, FASTag toll events and SIM based tracking for hired trucks, shown on one map with delay alerts.
E-way bills and documents
E-way bill generation and extension through the GST portal APIs, LR or consignment notes, and vehicle documents with expiry reminders.
Proof of delivery
Drivers or consignees capture signed POD photos and shortages on the app. Claims start from the same record.
Freight billing and settlement
Rate contracts by lane, detention and halting charges, transporter payables and customer invoices with GST e-invoicing.
Fleet upkeep and costs
Tyres, servicing, fitness, permits and insurance renewals, with cost per kilometre worked out per vehicle.
Driver records
Licence validity, trips, advances, incidents and settlements per driver, with payouts by UPI or bank transfer.

AI built in

Where AI saves time in this system

  • Load and route suggestions

Suggests consolidations and routes from order data, distances and past transit times. A planner accepts or edits each plan.

  • POD and document reading

Reads LR copies, POD photos and fuel bills, pulls out the fields and flags missing stamps or signatures.

  • Delay prediction

Estimates late arrivals from live position, halts and lane history, so the customer is told before they call.

  • Fuel and expense checks

Spots fuel entries that do not match distance, mileage norms or toll trails, and queues them for review.

  • WhatsApp trip updates

Answers consignee questions such as where is my truck, from the live trip record, in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

Build, buy or both

If you run a small fleet on fixed routes, an off the shelf GPS tracker with a fleet app, plus Tally for billing, is usually enough. Products like these are cheap and quick to start. Custom or hybrid pays off when your margin depends on the planning itself: mixed own and market fleet, lane based rate contracts, detention disputes, e-way bill volume, or customers who want data pushed into their ERP. In those cases we often keep your existing trackers and accounting, and build the planning, trip and settlement layer that ties them together.

Connects with

  • GST e-way bill and IRP APIs
  • GPS and AIS-140 devices
  • FASTag and toll data
  • VAHAN and SARATHI checks
  • Tally or ERP
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Fuel card providers
  • Customer ERPs via EDI or API

Questions

Fleet and TMS: common questions

Can it work with the GPS devices we already have?

Usually yes. Most Indian device vendors offer an API or data push. We integrate the ones you use and only suggest new hardware where a vehicle has none.

Do you handle hired market vehicles?

Yes. Market trucks get SIM based or driver app tracking, and their trips settle against the transporter, kept apart from your own fleet costs.

Will it generate e-way bills automatically?

It can, through the official GST APIs or a GSP you already use. Most clients keep a person approving bulk generation for the first few months.
