Customer portals customer and partner self-service portals
A good portal removes the calls and emails that start with 'can you send me'. Customers log in, see their orders, invoices, documents and tickets, and act on them. We build portals on top of your existing ERP or CRM, so the data stays where it is and the portal shows it safely.

Modules

- Documents
- Certificates, warranties, contracts and test reports stored per customer and shared with an audit trail.

Build, buy or both
If you already run Salesforce, Zoho or Microsoft Dynamics, their portal add-ons may cover a simple case such as tickets and knowledge articles, and you should try those first. Custom pays off when the portal must pull from several systems (ERP for orders, Tally for ledgers, a helpdesk for tickets), when B2B customers need company level roles, or when the portal is part of how you sell. A custom front end over your existing systems is often the cheapest middle path.

Do we have to move our data into the portal?
No. The portal reads from and writes to your existing systems through APIs or a small sync layer. It keeps only what it needs.
Can customers pay inside the portal?
Yes. Outstanding invoices can be paid through Razorpay or your bank's gateway, and receipts post back to your accounts.
Web or mobile app?
Most start with a responsive web portal that works well on phones. A mobile app makes sense once customers log in often.
