Loan management loan origination and loan management system
A lending platform has two halves: LOS takes an application to a sanction, LMS runs the loan until it closes. We build both for NBFCs, co-lending partners and fintechs, with RBI's digital lending rules, bureau checks and NPA classification designed in from the start.

Modules
Modules we build into your Loan management
Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.
- Application and KYC
- Web, app or assisted applications, with Aadhaar based e-KYC or video KYC, PAN checks and CKYC records.
- Underwriting
- Bureau pulls, Account Aggregator bank statements, GST data for business loans, and a rule engine for eligibility.
- Sanction and documents
- Key Fact Statement, sanction letter and loan agreement with e-sign and e-stamping, sent before disbursal.
- Disbursal
- Payout to the borrower's own bank account, as the digital lending rules require, with maker and checker approval.
- Repayment and servicing
- EMI schedules, e-NACH and UPI Autopay mandates, part payments, foreclosure and interest recalculation.
- Collections
- DPD buckets, field and call collection workflows, settlement approvals and agency management with recorded contact rules.
- Asset classification
- SMA and NPA tagging as per RBI norms, provisioning, and day end processes that finance can audit.
- Co-lending and partners
- Loan level splits with bank partners, LSP and DLA records, and the reporting each partner needs.
AI built in
Where AI saves time in this system
Bank statement analysis
Reads statements for income, obligations, bounces and unusual credits, and summarises them for the credit officer.
Document checks
Spots mismatched names, edited PDFs and missing pages in uploaded documents before underwriting.
Collection prioritisation
Ranks overdue accounts by likelihood to pay, so agents call the right borrowers first. Contact rules still apply.
Borrower assistant
Answers EMI, statement and foreclosure questions in regional languages from the loan record, and escalates complaints.

Build, buy or both
Established LOS and LMS products exist in India and many NBFCs run on them. If your product is a standard personal, gold or vehicle loan and you want speed to market, licensing one is reasonable. Custom or hybrid pays off when your product is unusual (supply chain finance, co-lending with several banks, loans embedded in a partner's app), when the licensed product's fees scale painfully with book size, or when you need full control of the data for audits. A common pattern is a custom origination flow with a proven servicing core.

Yes. KFS, direct disbursal to the borrower, cooling-off period, grievance officer details and data handling limits are built into the flows. Your compliance team signs off.
Can it handle co-lending?
Yes. Loan level splits, partner approvals, separate repayment waterfalls and partner reports are part of the design.
Where is borrower data stored?
In India, on infrastructure you control, with access logs and retention rules in line with RBI guidance and the DPDP Act.
