HealthTech
Hospital and clinic systems that doctors will use, with records that follow the patient. Healthcare in India runs from single doctor clinics to multi speciality hospital chains, with diagnostics labs, pharmacies and insurers around them. Software has to fit a busy OPD, connect billing to TPAs and insurers, and keep patient records private under DPDP while linking to ABDM where patients consent.
- Multi speciality hospitals
- Clinic chains and day care centres
- Diagnostic labs and imaging centres
- Telehealth and health apps
- Pharmacies
- Home care and elder care

The pressure points
What slows healthtech teams down
- Records spread across systems
- OPD notes, lab reports, radiology images and discharge summaries sit in different systems or on paper, so doctors see an incomplete picture.
- Long waits and front desk overload
- Appointment calls, walk ins, billing queues and report collection all land on the same few front desk staff.
- Insurance and TPA delays
- Pre authorisation and claim documents are assembled by hand, and missing papers delay cashless approvals and discharges.
- Sensitive data with strict rules
- Health data is sensitive personal data. Consent, access control and audit logs must be built in from the first sprint.
Systems this sector runs on
The software we build and connect
Each of these can be built new, extended from what you already use, or connected to your existing ERP and accounting.
- Hospital Management SystemHospital managementRegistration, OPD and IPD, bed management, orders, pharmacy, billing and discharge in one patient centred system.
- Booking, Scheduling and Reservation SystemBooking and reservationsDoctor schedules, online and WhatsApp booking, tokens and reminders that reduce no shows and waiting room crowding.
- Customer and Partner Self-Service PortalsCustomer portalsPatient apps for reports, prescriptions, bills and teleconsultation, linked to ABHA where the patient chooses.
- Claims Management SystemInsurance claimsPre authorisation, query handling and claim submission to TPAs and insurers with document checklists and status tracking.
- Supply Chain and Warehouse ManagementSupply chain and WMSPharmacy and consumables stock with batch, expiry and Schedule H tracking.
Built for this sector
Systems specific to healthtech
The work that generic software does not cover, and where most of the value sits.
- EMR and clinical notes
- Speciality templates, e-prescriptions, problem lists and vitals, designed for speed at the consult so doctors are not typing for half the visit.
- LIS integration
- Bidirectional links to lab analysers, sample barcoding, result validation and report delivery to the patient and the EMR.
- PACS and radiology workflow
- DICOM viewer links, worklists and radiologist reporting, with reports attached to the patient record.
- ABDM and HL7 FHIR integration
- ABHA creation and linking, health information exchange through ABDM gateways and FHIR based interfaces to other systems.
Where AI helps
AI use cases with a clear return
Clinical note drafting
Turns the doctor's dictation or consult conversation into a structured note and prescription draft that the doctor reviews and signs.
Doctors spend more of the consult with the patient, and notes are more complete.
Appointment and reminder voice agent
Books, reschedules and confirms appointments by phone or WhatsApp in regional languages, and sends follow up reminders.
Front desk calls drop and fewer patients miss follow ups.
Discharge summary drafting
Assembles a discharge summary from the IPD record, labs and medications for the treating doctor to finalise.
Discharges are not held up waiting for paperwork.
Medical coding support
Suggests ICD-10 codes and claim line items from the clinical record for the coding team to confirm.
Fewer claim queries caused by coding errors.
Front desk triage support
Asks structured questions to route patients to the right department and flags red flag symptoms to staff immediately.
Patients reach the right doctor sooner. Clinical judgement stays with clinicians.

Before you start
HealthTech: common questions
Is our HMS data safe with AI tools?
Patient data stays in your hosting in India. AI features use approved model endpoints with data minimisation, consent checks and audit logs, and nothing is used to train public models.
Can you integrate with our existing lab machines and PACS?
Usually yes, through HL7, ASTM or DICOM interfaces. We review the device and vendor documentation first and tell you plainly if a machine needs vendor middleware.
Does AI give diagnoses?
No. We build tools that draft, summarise and route. Diagnosis and treatment stay with clinicians, and the software is designed so it does not cross into medical device territory without proper assessment.
