HRMS and payroll human resource management and payroll
An HRMS keeps employee records, attendance, leave and payroll in one place and produces the PF, ESI, PT and TDS figures your accountant files every month. The hard part is rarely the screens. It is getting the salary structures, shift rules and state-wise professional tax right.

Modules

Build, buy or both
Payroll compliance changes every year, so for most companies a product such as Zoho People and Payroll, Keka, greytHR or Darwinbox is the safer choice and costs less than maintaining your own. Custom pays off when you have large contract or shift-based workforces (factories, security, hospitals, construction sites) with wage rules no product handles cleanly, or when HR data has to sit inside your own ERP. Often the right build is the part around the product: attendance capture at sites with poor connectivity, contractor wage registers, or a WhatsApp helpdesk, with payroll staying in a proven tool.

Questions
HRMS and payroll: common questions
Does it handle PF, ESI and professional tax?
Yes. PF and ESI are calculated on the right wage base, professional tax follows the slabs for each state you operate in, and the system produces the files your accountant uploads.
Can contract workers be included?
Yes. Contractor staff can have their own wage rules and attendance, and we can produce the registers the principal employer is expected to keep.
How do you test payroll before go-live?
We run at least one month in parallel with your current method and reconcile every employee's net pay before you switch.
