Billing and subscriptions recurring billing and subscription management
Recurring billing looks simple until you add upgrades mid-cycle, usage charges, credit notes and failed mandates. We build billing that handles those cases correctly, issues GST compliant invoices and tells finance exactly what is owed and why.

Modules

Build, buy or both
If your pricing is a handful of plans and you collect by card or UPI, Razorpay Subscriptions, Stripe Billing or Zoho Subscriptions will do the job for a fraction of the cost of building. Custom or hybrid pays off when pricing is your product (usage, contracts with commitments, partner revenue share), when you bill across many entities and GSTINs, or when finance spends days reconciling. We usually keep the gateway's mandate handling and build the rating, invoicing and reporting around it.

Can we keep Razorpay or Stripe?
Yes, and in most cases you should. They handle card storage and mandate rules well. We build the billing logic on top.
Do you handle GST e-invoicing?
Yes. B2B invoices can be registered with the IRP directly or through your GSP, and the IRN and QR code are printed on the invoice.
How do you sync with our accounts?
Invoices, receipts and credit notes post to Tally or Zoho Books as vouchers, so your accountant works in the tool they know.
