GRC and compliance governance, risk and compliance management
Compliance in most companies lives in spreadsheets, email folders and one person's memory. A GRC system turns each obligation into an owner, a due date, a control and the evidence that proves it was done. We build it for the rules you face, from the Companies Act and GST filings to RBI, SEBI, ISO 27001 and the DPDP Act.

Modules
Modules we build into your GRC and compliance
Start with the modules that matter most and add the rest in later releases.
- Obligation register
- Laws, licences, filings and contract clauses mapped to entities, locations, owners and due dates.
- Compliance calendar
- Monthly, quarterly and annual tasks with reminders and escalation when something slips.
- Risk register
- Risks scored by likelihood and impact, with treatments, owners and review dates.
- Controls and testing
- Internal financial controls and IT controls, test plans, results and remediation actions.
- Audit management
- Internal and external audits, observations, management responses and closure evidence.
- Policies and attestations
- Policy versions, staff acknowledgements and periodic attestations by managers.
- Incidents and breaches
- Incident logging with timelines, including CERT-In reporting and DPDP breach notification steps.
- Evidence vault

Build, buy or both
For ISO 27001 or SOC 2 readiness alone, a compliance automation product is usually quicker and cheaper than anything custom. For Indian statutory compliance across many entities and states, specialised compliance calendar services exist and work well. Custom or hybrid pays off when your obligations are sector specific (RBI directions, SEBI LODR, pharma GxP, factory licences across plants), when you need one view across several frameworks, or when controls must pull evidence from your own systems automatically.

Do you provide the legal content?
We build the system and can load obligations your advisers or a content provider supply. We do not give legal advice ourselves.
Can it cover the DPDP Act?
Yes. Consent, notices and data principal requests are best handled by our TrustOS platform, which links into the GRC register.
Will auditors accept the evidence?
The system keeps timestamps, versions and who uploaded what, which auditors look for. Acceptance depends on the evidence itself.
